India's Ybrant Technologies today announced its intention to acquire Oridian, the online media solutions provider.
The sale marks another exit for an Israeli high tech company. The value of the deal is over $15 million.
Oridian is a leading online advertising company, lifting both advertisers and publishers to new heights. With over 9 billion monthly impressions, a massive worldwide inventory and access to tens of millions of users in various continents, Oridian enables advertisers to implement highly effective branding as well as direct response campaigns, and Publishers to monetize traffic emanating from all over the world.
A privately-owned top 10 network with access to over 180 million monthly users worldwide; offices in North America, France, Israel, Argentina, Germany and the UK, and representatives in Australia, Scandinavia, Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands. Oridian continues to expand its reach to every corner of the world. Oridian is on track to record revenue of more than $20 million this financial year.

According to Nizri, after the sale is completed, Oridian will manage Ybrant's international activities outside of the US.
