Orange franchisee Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE: PTNR) today launched its Clear Unlimited plan for three lines at NIS 270 a month, offering unlimited calls and SMS, 1 giga Internet access, and unlimited international calls to 42 destinations.
The plan is designed for families and small businesses, provided that there is a single payer. The price is valid for one year, when it will rise to NIS 298 a month.
Earlier this month, Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE:CEL; TASE:CEL) launched its three-line plan, Cellcom Total, at NIS 350 a month. This plan offers unlimited calls, international calls and SMS, a landline, and Internet access.
Partner has also launched another plan: Clear Unlimited for couples at NIS 125 a month, which includes unlimited calls and SMS, and 0.5 giga Internet access, and for an extra NIS 10 a month, unlimited international calls. Couples who join the Clear Unlimited plan will also receive Clear Max as a gift of 140 minutes of calls, SMS, and I mega. The price will rise by NIS 14 a month after one year. Each SIM card will cost NIS 20.
Partner's share price fell a further 3.7% by mid-afternoon on the TASE today to NIS 14.18, after falling 2.9% on Nasdaq yesterday to $3.63, giving a market cap of $565 million.
