Parko's app, which works on both iPhone's and Android-powered smartphones, is a social network for parking. It offers the user parking spaces which other users notify will become available. The user who notifies Parko that he or she is about to vacate a parking space receives virtual currency in compensation.
Parko will use the proceeds to expand its user base, which currently numbers 50,000. The company was founded in 2011 by Tomer Neu-Ner and Itai David, and has ten employees.
