The Herzliya Local Planning and Building Commission has approved a plan to rezone the city's old Bezeq switchboard building into a residential project.
The Herzliya Local Planning and Building Commission has approved a plan to rezone the city's old Bezeq switchboard building into a residential project. One of the property's lots was purchased by real estate developer Reality Fund, and the other is privately owned.
The developers plan to build two 15-storey buildings with 112 apartments. Half of the apartments will be small, up to 75 square meters.
