Police disclosed to the defense details of tens of thousands of wiretapped phone calls from David Appel’s home.
Prof. Alan Dershowitz, who is representing David Appel, will demand from Attorney General Elyakim Rubinstein the transcripts of tens of thousands of Appel’s conversations, and the warrants authorizing the wiretapping of those conversations. Appel’s legal team decided on this demand in its first work meeting.
In addition to Dershowitz, the meeting was attended by Adv. Moshe Yisrael, Adv. Eldad Yaniv, and media consultant Tal Zilberstein. Before the impending indictment of David Appel, the police disclosed to the defense details of tens of thousands of Appel’s wiretapped home telephone conversations.
