Tel Aviv: A renovated 128-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment with two balconies of 8-sq.m. and 5-sq.m., storage room, elevator and parking on Dov Hausner St. was sold for NIS 4.04 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, 18th floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Rama St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.83 million. A 36-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Nahlat Binyamin St. was sold for NIS 1.63 million (RE-MAX - Ocean). A 74-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Bari St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.03 million (RE-MAX - Place).
Kfar Yona:A 130-sq.m., five-room, seventh floor apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Hanna Robina St. in the new neighborhood north of Road 57 was sold for NIS 2.03 million. A 127-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Menachem Begin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 160-sq.m, six-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking on Nahal Besor St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 135-sq.m., five-room, fourth floor duplex apartment with an elevator and parking on Menachem Begin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.61 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Arad: A 75-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Etrog St. in the Halamish neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 530,000. A 65-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Yehuda St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 350,000. A 80-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Shimon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 445,000. A 160-sq.m., seven-room, semi-detached house in a 220-sq.m. lot on Nakar St. in the Maof neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 890,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv: A renovated 93-sq.m. , three-room, fourth and fifth floor duplex apartment with a 35-sq.m. private roof with an elevator and parking on Booky Ben Yageli St. adjacent to Gan Meir in the city center was leased for NIS 9,500 per month (Mangal Real Estate). A 94-sq.m., four room, second floor apartment with an elevator and but no parking on Moshe Brill St. in the southeast of the city was leased for NIS 5,400 per month (RE-MAX - Ocean).
Kfar Yona: A 116-sq.m., four-room, seventh floor apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, parking and elevator on Shoshana Damari St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 3,950 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
