Tel Aviv: A 47-sq.m. two-room, first floor apartment on Nordau Boulevard was sold for NIS 3.025 million. A 95-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment on Kusovitzsky St. was sold for NIS 4.4 million. A 94-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment on Harugei Hamalchut St. was sold for NIS 3.4 million.
Netanya: A 120-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment on Halilach St. was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 92-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment on Degania St. was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 102-sq.m., 3.5-room, sixth floor apartment on Smilansky St. was sold for NIS 1.44 million. A 123-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment on Ayer St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million.
Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 50-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ofek St. was sold for NIS 320,000. A 50-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ben Yair St. was sold for NIS 280,000. A 80-sq.m., four-room, semi-detached house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking on Yuval St. was sold for NIS 735,000.
Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Rehovot: A 82-sq.m. 3.5-room, 17th floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Hacarmel St. in the Ahuzat Hanasi neighborhood in the northeast of the city was leased for NIS 5,000 per month. A 75-sq.m., three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Levin Epstein St. in the city center was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
