Beer Yaakov: A 86-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Yehuda St. was sold for NIS 880,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 92-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Tebenkin St. was sold for NIS 785,000. A 67-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hatalmud St. was sold for NIS 485,000. A 40-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hannah Senes St. was sold for NIS 550,000 (RE-MAX - Plus).

Jerusalem: A 102-sq.m., 4.5-room, apartment with a storage room, elevator but no parking on Jabotinsky St. in Talbieh was leased for NIS 6,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).

Netanya: A 100-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hartom St. was leased for NIS 4,400 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
