Sources inform ''Globes'' that just as the Tel Aviv District Prosecutor (Taxes and Economics) plans to recommend indicting Nochi Dankner for allegedly manipulating the share price in IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH), his attorneys held another meeting with the prosecutor in an effort to avoid the charges. Parties familiar with the prosecutor's office say that the team examining the case has rejected the defense's argument at the hearing in April, nor will the team carry out additional investigations. The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor said in response, "No decision has been regarding the claims raised in the hearing held for Nochi Dankner."
