Inbal Or's Or City Real Estate filed a petition for protection from creditors today in the Tel Aviv District Court. The petition contains contradictory figures and is based on unclear estimates. Nevertheless, Or says in the petition that she "believes" that she has the means of saving her group of companies from its difficulties. The company seeks the appointment of Adv. Lior Dagan, Adv. Pinni Yaniv and Izhar Kanne CPA as trustees to manage it under the court's supervision for 60 days. The petition states that the trustees are acceptable to the company's main secured creditor, Mizrahi Tefahot Bank (TASE:MZTF).
