The company was named "most promising startup of 2016" by "Globes."
"We've built a company that can stand on its own two feet. We didn't just try to develop cool technology, so that someone would buy us. We built a business," WalkMe CTO Nir Nahum told "Globes" on the occasion of his company's selection by "Globes" last September as Israel's "most promising startup of 2016." This attitude on the part of WalkMe's managers and founders has proved itself - the company was rated the sixth fastest growing software company in North America by the Deloitte accounting firm, and the 13th fastest growing overall. Every year, Deloitte rates the fastest growing technology companies in North America in a list called the Fast 500. The list contains companies with revenue growth varying from 121% to 66,661% in 2012-2015, with the median growth rate being 290%. According to the rating, WalkMe's growth rate is 8,085%, while the fastest growing software company had a 14,575% growth rate.
WalkMe cofounder and CEO Dan Adika attributed the award to the excellence of his company's employees, and to the fact that WalkMe's technology provides a solution for the exponential increase in demand for software that is smart, powerful, and simple to use. "We're proud to be one of the fastest growing companies in North America. This is additional evidence of the heights that can be reached when people with a desire for excellence work together and enjoy what they are doing," he declared.
