Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 90-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on Aryeh Dulzin St. in Givat Massuah in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 53-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, no elevator and no parking on Hapalmach St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Holon: A 120-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and underground parking on Yitzhak Rabin St. in Holon was sold for NIS 2.05 million (Keller Williams). A 115-sq.m., 4.5-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yigael Yadin St. in the Neot Shoshanim St. in the city center was sold for 2.22 million. A 55-sq.m., 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Yosef Haim Brenner St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 990,000 (RE-MAX-Evenav).

Bat Yam: A 86-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Balfour St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A 92-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment on Hazait St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hashlosha St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.28 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Harish: A 105-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment, 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Topaz St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 990,000. A 87-sq.m., three room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Gamla St. in the city center was sold for NIS 650,000 (RE-MAX - Hair Hahadasha). A 100-sq.m., four-room garden apartment with a storage room and two parking spaces on Shaked St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.39 million (RE-MAX - ONE).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 65-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment on Beit-El St. in the northwest of the city was leased for NIS 4,600 per month (RE-MAX - 100%).
Bat Yam: A 135-sq.m. five-room, 29th floor apartment on Yochanan Hasandler St. in the southwest of the city was leased for NIS 6,500 per month.
Kfar Yona: A 90-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Sharet St. in the city center was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Harish: A 97-sq.m., four-room apartment with a balcony and parking on Shoham St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 2,800 per month (RE-MAX - ONE).
